About us

Kahuna massage is the art of performing long stroke moves around the table (flowing Hula movements) with their hands, forearms and elbows to stimulate the flow of energy and synchronise clients' breath and heartbeat. The Kahuna method works with energy to apply soft or deep tissue massage. Traditionally a ceremonial massage born in the South Pacific, Ka Huna was reserved for a select few and used as part of a rite of passage ritual to holistically balance the mind and body in its physical, emotional and physical dimensions.

Treatments we provide

Ka Huna is unique in that your practitioner uses hands, forearms and elbows in long flowing strokes and glides around the table in flowing rhythmical movements. You are encouraged to concentrate on your breathing to gain the most from this experience. Each inhalation drawing fresh energy and inspiration into the body and mind. Each inhalation dissolving tension allowing you to let go of anything that limits you and deepens your experience of relaxation.
